"10,000 pounds"
The goal is to lift 10,000 lbs as fast as possible, using
only a single rep of the following lifts:
Squat
Bench Press
Power Clean
You can use any weight for each of the lifts taking
as many rounds necessary to complete the workout.
The goal is to lift 10, 000 lbs.
You must cycle through all 3 lifts to complete 1 round,
performing only 1 rep of each lift.
