AMRAP in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Clean 70kg
6 Push Ups
9 squats/9 Ring Dips

Squats on rounds 1,3,5- Ring Dips on rounds 2,4,6

Repeat sequence 6 times Rest 1 minute between
each 3 minute round.
