After 3years of Crossfit finally had my first Box Jump Bingle!

5 Rounds for time of:

3 Front Squat @ 70% of 1RM
6 Box Jumps 30''/24"
9 Cal Row

Rest ratio is 1:1 ie: If it takes 1min to complete 1 round
rest 1 minute.
