Warm Up

50 Burpees

3 rounds of:
10 SDHP 35kg
10 OH Squats 25kg

Master's WOD #9

200 Double Unders
100 Kettlebell Swings 24kg/16kg

For every Double Under missed AND every break in the KB Swings row 25m at the end of the
last KB Swing. Your time stops at the end of the row. Eg, if you missed 25 Double Unders and break
5 times in the KB Swings you will need to row 750m (30X25m=750) before the clock stops.
